Fashion Science

And finally I have Graduated with Masters Degree in Computer Science.

2 years of struggle, restlessness days, numerous assignments, hard finals, , good and bad grades, Pretty good job, lovely colleagues, family, tough professors and a crazy bunch of friends all together my most precious and helpful 24 months in my life. This phase taught me everything – cooking, good fashion sense, made me realize my coding skills, handle different kinds of persons.

I was not sure until the last before day of graduation ceremony that I will be graduating because My grades of the most toughest course in Computer science has not released till then. That was the last day of my office, said Good Bye to almost everyone and in the mean while I am returning home, my phone beeped and it was my friend’s text that the grades are out. I immediately opened the mail and saw a pretty good grade which I was not expecting at all in the course. My happiness doubled and went for shopping to buy a dress for my graduation and bought the graduation gown too.

And the Graduation Ceremony day has arrived, my friends came from other state for my graduation. My family could not be here for my graduation, I miss them a lot, so called and spoke to them for more than 2 hours. And then I started getting ready for the event, I wore a pretty red frock and took pictures with all my friends and Left for the venue almost an hour before the ceremony begins.

I wore the graduation gown and stood in the line along with others graduates. There are stairs of 400 steps to reach the place where all graduates should sit. There are like 1000’s of lights and the venue is full of people cheering for their sons, daughters, husbands, wives, grand sons, grand daughters and friends.

When I was going down the stairs, I saw the strong lights falling on us and people cheering in happiness. At first, I got panicked but suddenly I realized that this is what for which I waited so long. My dream has come true. I felt like I was walking on a ramp for a fashion show. Then I started feeling that this is my show and I have to cherish the precious moment more than anyone.

PS: Life is a Runway, U are a model and of course there are audience to appreciate and criticize – the people.

A Blissful DaY WithOut Phone.

Can we really have a Blissful DaY WithOut Phone. Yeah I know, there seems to be two contradictory words in the sentence . I was one those who Cant even imagine a day without phone. In fact most of the times I fall asleep with phone in my hand all night like when I am texting or talking on phone. Day without phone seems to be like I am missing  LIFE until this day. I woke up as usual in the morning but I got up 40 minutes late, So I had to get ready for the office in 20 freaking minutes. Yeah I agree, it seems to be completely impossible task for a girl to get ready in 20 minutes. Surprisingly, I managed to get ready within the time limit and started to work. I thought I did a pretty decent job in the task until I realized that I forgot my phone home. I thought of going home and get the phone but I had to a attend a long meeting so I could not do that.

So what happens now, I was feeling really weird without phone after meeting. Somehow I managed till noon but now its my lunch time. Usually I watch my favorite TV Series while having lunch but today I am left with just lunch. So I sat, took a magazine and started eating. I am usually not into magazines, so I started talking to one of my colleagues and we are like talking, talking and talking. This Colleague of mine was sitting next to me daily since a year but I NEVER cared to say hi. In the middle of our conversation  I actually felt that it was actually much fun than WATCHING my favorite Tv series 😀 .

We then started going out on weekends and we are really good friends since then. If I even knew that forgetting a phone for single day would bring me a best friend, I WIISH I have forgotten it long back.

Style, Fashion and Ease

There is no wonder people see Style as an Art and because it is the one which reflects one’s personality in most of the cases. I am that kind of person who likes to dress up for no reason.

  • One of the funny quotes I have seen about Style is:

” Always dress up like you are Going to see your worst Enemy ” – Kimora Lee.

I completely believe in the above quote because it boosts one’s confidence level.  Style does not  necessarily need to have costly things to put on. It is the one which has Class even in cheaper clothes.

  • Once a Wise Man said that –

” You can never be Over Dressed or Over Educated ” – Oscar Wilde

I strongly agree with the above quote because there is a huge difference between fashion and style. Only few people have an art to carry both in equal amounts with Ease.
